  1. Website Design Services

1.1 Deposit Refunds For website design projects, we require an initial deposit to begin the project. This deposit is non-refundable, as it covers the time and resources allocated to initiate the design process.

1.2 Refunds During Design Phase During the design phase, we work closely with our clients to ensure their satisfaction with the website's design and functionality. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with the design progress and wish to discontinue the project, we may consider providing a partial refund based on the work completed up to that point. The refund amount will be determined on a case-by-case basis.

1.3 Refunds After Design Approval Once the website design has been approved and development has commenced, refunds will not be provided for the design phase. At this stage, our team has invested significant time and resources into creating the website based on the agreed design specifications.

   2. SEO Services

2.1 Monthly SEO Services For monthly SEO services, we require a recurring payment for the agreed-upon duration of the service. Refunds for monthly SEO services will not be granted once the service has been initiated and the payment has been processed.

2.2 Performance-Based Services In some cases, we may offer performance-based SEO services where the fees are tied to specific performance metrics, such as improved search rankings or increased website traffic. If the agreed-upon performance metrics are not achieved within the defined timeframe, we may consider offering a partial refund or alternative solutions, depending on the circumstances. The refund or alternative solution will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

    3. Exceptional Circumstances

In exceptional circumstances, such as a breach of contract or failure to deliver the agreed-upon services, we will review the situation on an individual basis and may consider providing a full or partial refund, depending on the circumstances.
